Escaño Sarmiento & Partners Law Offices (ESPLAW) was established in early 1997 by the partnership of lawyer-graduates from the University of the Philippines, including its present partners Eduardo C. Escaño and Regina Irene P. Sarmiento.  ESPLAW is a full service law firm delivering legal assistance in various fields of law to local and foreign clients alike.

ESPLAW’s Ed Escaño co-developed “The Lawyer’s Manager” (TLM) software designed to aid in the efficient and effective delivery of legal services by allowing immediate and convenient access to the status of the firm’s cases, its client and case histories, billing and/or payment history, a determination of each lawyer’s work load, the hours of work devoted to every case file, the generation of weekly or monthly deadlines for the entire firm or for every handling lawyer, and access to other useful information relevant to all firm case files.  

On its tenth (10^th) year of service, ESPLAW continues to espouse competence, effectiveness, efficiency, and professionalism in the delivery of legal services and legal business solutions by its young and dynamic team of legal practitioners.
